Hello Again!  It’s another Monday and time for another Menu…I’m  running about 12 hours behind schedule and am paying for it now..

But here goes anyway

• Monday: Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Brown and Serve Rolls

Green Beans

• Tuesday: Pork Chops

Stove-top Dressing

Peas

• Wednesday: Baked Chicken

Mashed Potatoes

Salad

• Thursday: Pancakes

Bacon

• Friday: Frozen Pizza

Corn

Salad

• Saturday: Lasagna

Garlic Bread

Salad

Nothing special this week…just trying to muddle through, back to the cookbooks for new ideas next week.
